בימי מלחמת השחרור בית דין צדק העדה החרדית הורו לומר תפילה זו  בשעת פתיחת ההיכל בשני וחמישי. נוסח התפילה מבוסס על .תפילת החיד"א עם שינויים של הבד"ץ

 
יהי רצון מלפניך ה' אלוקינו ואלוקי אבותינו אב הרחמן שתמלא רחמים עלינו אנחנו בניך בני רחומיך יושבי ארץ ישראל, ותצילנו ממלחמה וממצור ומשבי ומביזה ומכל פחד ונזק והפסד ותרחיק כל גיסות האויבים מכל גבול ארצנו לא יקדמו על ארצנו מגן ולא ישפכו עליה סוללה. וכל הקמים עלינו לרעה בין בפנים הארץ בין מחוצה לה תכניעם ותשפילם ותפר עצתם. תפול עליהם אימתה ופחד בגדול זרועך ידמו כאבן. ואת אחינו המשיבים מלחמה שערה גונן והצל, וקיים בהם מקרא שכתוב ורדפו מכם חמשה מאה ומאה מכם רבבה ירדפו ונפלו אויבכם לפניכם לחרב. ומקרא שכתוב יתן ה' את אויבך הקמים עליך נגפים לפניך בדרך אחד יצאו אליך ובשבעה דרכים ינוסו לפניך. ותחון עלינו ועל כל אחינו בני ישראל בכל מקום שהם, מאוצר מתנת חינם ככל צדקותיך ותצילנו ותצילם מרעה ומרעב ומיוקר השערים ובצל כנפיך תסתירנו בזכות אברהם אבינו איש החסד ובזכות יצחק אבינו אזור בגבורה ובזכות יעקב אבינו כליל תפארת ובזכות משה רבינו רעיא מהימנא אחוז בנצח ובזכות אהרון כהנא רבא אחוז בהוד ובזכות יוסף הצדיק אחוז ביסוד ובזכות דוד המלך אחוז במלכות. עזרנו אלוקי ישענו על דבר כבוד שמך והצילנו וכפר על חטאתינו למען שמך, רחום, חנון, שומר, תומך, מציל, ישר, פודה חוס ורחם עלינו ושמע תפילתנו כי רחום אתה

 

 

May it be your will, O Lord our God and the Lord of our ancestors, the merciful Father, that you fill us with mercy, we your children, the children of your mercy, the inhabitants of the Land of Israel, and save us from war and siege and captivity and humiliation and from all fear and damage and losses, and drive away all the enemies' enemies from every border of our land. And all those who rise up against us for evil, whether inside the land or outside it, will subdue and humiliate them and violate their counsel. May terror and great fear fall upon them, and your arm shall be like a stone. And our brothers who fight back are a shield and a shade, and there is a scripture among them that says, "Five hundred of you shall be chased, and a hundred of you shall be chased, and your enemy shall fall to the sword before you." And from the Bible that is written, "God will give you your mother, rise above you, strike before you in one way, come out to you, and in seven ways, flee before you."  And pray for us and for all our brothers, the children of Israel, wherever they are, from the treasure of a free gift according to your righteousness, and save us and save us from grazing and famine and from the dearness of the gates, and in the shadow of your wings you will hide us.  Thanks to our father Abraham, the man of grace, and thanks to our father Isaac, an area in valor, and thanks to our father Jacob, a night of glory, and thanks to Moses, our rabbi, a reliable husband, a hold in eternity and thanks.
